On the front page, in scratchy Sylvan, Elvish, and Common, are the words:

If found return to the Grove
No other identifying markers are found. It doesn't seem the owner thinks it's needed.
The second page has the owner noting a season (autumn) and the date of his acquisition of the diary, saying it's 'cute' how the human priest thinks this will 'help' his 'moodswings'.
Below that, two words is scrawled Sylvan:
Greenest.
DRAGONS.
